Job seekers’ preferences end up scattered across resumes, conversations and job boards, and momentum fades somewhere between finding a role, applying and preparing for the interview.
The Short Version
Everything hangs off one Path that holds a person’s goals, limits and preferences. The agent matches roles against it, explains why, turns interest into a plan and follows up when it should.
